J.P Waxington strives for 100 % customer satisfaction. We will kindly exchange any regular priced, defective or unused product within 15 days of purchase with a receipt. If the 15 day period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items (If applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If applicable)
Our candles are packed with care. We get it….things happen. In the rare occurrence your candle arrives damaged we’ll ship a replacement. We only replace items if they arrive damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or if you’re not diggin a certain fragrance (so long as candle has not been lit or tampered with) send us an email to email@example.com along with a photo and a detailed description in your email and we will process your exchange or replacement ASAP.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an online promo code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Items purchased before or after any promotional sale, are not subject to any price adjustments in regards to sale pricing.
